Great Experience??

Used instant messaging service from their websie to confirm inventory of what we were looking for--instantly had a greeting and response. Gave us the name, Brian Barrett to ask for when we arrived. Brian assisted in finding the vehicles we were interested in and actually brought us a better price than we expected on a new Prius III. Everyone at Town and Country were very nice and helpful. They gave us a GREAT deal (this was the second Prius we purchased this week (his and hers)) We thought we had a great deal on our first Prius from another dealership, but Brian and the Town and Country team did much better. Yes we would recommend Town and Country--and ask for BRIAN BARRETT. Thanks Brian?

I recently purchase a vehicle from Town & Country Toyota. This is the fourth vehicle that my family has bought from the dealership. Our salesperson (Jim Alexander) and sales manager (Sean Williams) took care of us from the time we made the initial phone call to time of delivery. They are truly a non pressure dealership. The salesperson and sales manager took their time to show us several vehicles and options to make sure it has everything we needed. Town & Country Toyota will be our one and only Toyota dealership to shop for a vehicle.

To Whom it may concern I would like to let someone know about the excellent help and support i have received from Ms.Sandra Lozano she was my first contact with Town & Country and i must say great at her job! As i have shopped the different dealerships in Charlotte and surrounding area Ms.Sandra and her willingness to help me by answering my question on line helped me to decide to buy my Tundra at Town & Country! She kept me updated and informed on incentives she made me feel like i was the only customer she had when helping me. She is a pleasant and helpful young lady and i don't like to be pressured she made this experience so easy by her attitude of making sure i was informed and never once felt pressured she made this so simple and answered question clearly never leaving an open end. Town & Country you have a valuable quality here in this young lady Sandra its called service! Sandra introduced me to Mr.Louis Opharrow whom is also excellant at his job also! He has been so helpful in locating the Tundra i wanted and has been patient with my question and even helped me with some concerns on his day off! Now that young man wants to sell this old man a truck! I will be in on Thursday 8/5 to get my new Tundra and I am looking forward to meeting these two fine folks that have made this experience a pleasurable one!
